Our private clients receive a five-star service thanks to our highly trained, professional team of specialists. Whether it is establishing and managing private trusts, foundations or nominee and custody services, clients can expect the best service from our team. It is the same team who will guide clients through the on-boarding process who will provide day-to-day management.
Director led, clients have their own dedicated team who can be nimble enough to provide speed of response, regardless of the request.
Services include:
- Help with initial practical considerations
- Trustees and Foundation Council provision
- Liaison with the client and their advisers or if requested introduction of professional advisers from the FCM panel
- Attending to the formation of the Trust/Foundation in accordance with professional legal, structuring and tax advice
- On-going liaison with professional advisers as required
- Ensuring fiscal, statutory and legal affairs are up to date and complied with in the required jurisdictions.
Our knowledgeable team works closely with clients and advisors to provide advice and guidance on forming trusts or foundations. We can provide directors, trustees and council members for foundations, selected from our professionally qualified senior management team. We also act as registered agent and will provide administration and accountancy services that are tailored to meet our clients’ specific requirements.
We guide clients through their on-boarding process, introducing them to the team who will look after them from the very beginning.
Clients like the personal touch and know when they call the office we will be there to speak to them or, if we are away, a team member who knows the structure is there to help.
